Zoho Commerce implementation: a webshop that fits your administration
Operion is a Zoho partner and sets up Zoho Commerce for SMEs that want to sell online and see the orders in their own administration. We tell you honestly when you need something else for the warehouse.

What Zoho Commerce does
With Zoho Commerce you build a webshop with products, variants, prices and an order process. You set up payment methods and shipping options, manage customer accounts and record discounts and promotions.
Orders arrive in an overview, and you can design your webshop without code using templates. For business customers you can set up a private section or separate prices.
Who it is for
Who Zoho Commerce suits
It suits SMEs that start or replace a webshop and already work in Zoho, for instance with Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books or Zoho CRM. Orders, stock and invoices then run on the same data.
It is a less obvious choice for a large range or a custom shop structure that departs far from the standard. What is possible there, we discuss in the intake.

When a webshop with BizBloqs for the warehouse fits better
If you have your own warehouse with locations, picking and shipping, a webshop with BizBloqs for the warehouse is often better. The webshop does the selling, BizBloqs the orders and the stock in the warehouse.

Can I combine Zoho Commerce with a warehouse system?
That is possible. With your own warehouse and picking, a webshop with BizBloqs for the warehouse is often stronger. In the intake we decide what fits.
Can I move my existing webshop?
Products and customers can usually come along. What exactly is possible and what happens to your search results, we discuss in the intake.
Can I show business customers different prices?
Yes, that can be set up, for instance with a private section. Together with you we record which customers it applies to.
Is Zoho Commerce part of Zoho One?
Yes, Zoho Commerce is included in the Zoho One offer. Which edition and usage come with it is on Zoho's page. You can also take Zoho Commerce on its own.
What happens after go-live?
After go-live you get four weeks of aftercare. After that, you can reach us on working days from 08:30 to 17:00 and we respond within 24 hours.
